Job Overview
As an Innovation & Delivery Specialist, you are the technical heartbeat of Genie Goals. Operating entirely within the Innovation & Delivery Hub under the guidance and support of the Head of Innovation & Delivery, you are a "Technical Wizard" who thrives on deep platform expertise and agile problem-solving.
Shielded from day-to-day client communication and account management noise, focusing your time on what you do best: taking crystal-clear strategic briefs from the Client Strategy team and building them flawlessly, while constantly "looking out to sea" to find faster, smarter, and more automated ways to deliver exceptional performance and scale impact without limits.
Key Responsibilities
Master of the Platforms and Flawless Execution
Cross-Channel Platform Mastery: Take absolute ownership of daily, hands-on campaign management. You will meticulously execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns across our core channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, and Affiliates), building and maintaining deep technical expertise across the entire digital mix to ensure maximum performance. Always using the latest agency approach and technology and the autonomy to constantly improve and develop our tech stack through real time feedback.
Precision Asset & Feed Management: Act as the ultimate master of the tools. You are responsible for complex feed management, creative ad builds, and meticulous asset management to ensure flawless delivery.
Data & Reporting Construction: Build robust, accurate reports and manage data methodology. You will supply the raw performance data and technical insights to the Client Strategy team, arming them with the facts they need to tell the overarching commercial story (including but not exhaustive, IMRG, Market Explorer, Similarweb)
The authoritative ‘Technical Wizard’ - although day to day client services sit with the Client Strategy team, as one of Genie Goals’ key technical experts, you will attend key meetings as the technical expert for Tier 1 clients when needed.

You must continuously question "how can we do this better?" and proactively hunt for transformative efficiencies within your daily tasks, providing feedback to the wider Innovation & Delivery team to embed winning technology, innovations and ways of working.
AI & Automation Adoption: Remain open-minded and deeply interested in AI. You are expected to actively test, learn, and implement new technical innovations and AI tools into your daily workflow to increase productivity and drive a "1-to-Many" execution approach.
Looking Out to Sea: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest platform updates, algorithmic changes, and beta features. You will quickly adapt to industry shifts and bring fresh, technical ideas to the internal team with support from the Heads of Channel.
Continuous Development: Take absolute ownership of your own personal development plan. You must continually build your technical skills, platform certifications, and working knowledge across all marketing channels, taking full advantage of internal resources and training to accelerate your multi-channel expertise.
Agile Prioritisation & Adaptability: Operating across a fast-paced, multi-channel environment, you must be highly organised and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity. While you will proactively manage your own workload across multiple strategic briefs, you are fully supported by the Head of Innovation & Delivery, who will provide guidance, structural frameworks, and escalation support when priorities from different Client Strategy Directors clash.
Delivery Engine, Translating Strategy into Reality
The Strategic Handshake: Act as the flawless execution engine. You will receive clear, precise briefs from the Client Strategy team and translate those blueprints into reality. You must build exactly what is required, on time, and to the highest technical standard. You chase progression, not perfection and are not scared of making mistakes to make bigger impact improvements.
Internal Collaboration: While you do not manage the client, you are a vital internal team player. Supported by the Head of Innovation & Delivery, you will confidently provide technical pushback to the Strategy team if a brief is flawed, and work collaboratively to ensure all tech integrations fit the "jigsaw puzzle" perfectly. On rare occasions, this may include attending specific Tier 1 client calls purely as a technical subject matter expert when requested by the Strategy team.
Process Driven: Adhere to, and proactively improve, the operational processes and protocols set by the Innovation & Technical Team and Heads of Channels to ensure consistent, scalable delivery.
Supercharge the Supply Chain: Teamwork with the Client Strategy Team and the Heads of Channels is essential in a supply chain which works like clockwork. Feedback on workflows to constantly optimise with radical candor taking responsibility for your area of the supply chain. Strive for excellence and be willing to change and evolve processes as and when required to be ready for tomorrow.
Unlock performance with high performing Creative assets
Hands-On Creation and Execution: You are responsible for the hands-on creation of static and video assets. You will take data-backed concepts and turn them into scroll-stopping reality, using the best design and editing software available to build them flawlessly.
Data-Driven Analysis & Concepting: You'll take total ownership of analysing granular creative performance across our accounts. By conducting regular audits, you'll spot exactly what the algorithm is rewarding and use those insights to devise brilliant, performance-backed concepts. You'll then surface these data-led ideas and actionable feedback to the Client Strategy team so they can feed them directly into the broader testing roadmap.
Rapid Iteration & Testing: You are the engine behind our testing methodology. You'll physically produce the variations of winning ads, tweaking the first-three-second hooks, swapping out text overlays, and testing new end cards to squeeze every drop of performance out of a great concept.
Technical Asset Management: Ensure all creative assets are optimised for platform-specific requirements (safe zones, aspect ratios, file size ) across Meta, TikTok, and other social channels.
Always on AI curiosity and testing: Finding smarter ways to work is essential. Supported by your team lead, you'll cultivate a highly curious mindset when it comes to testing new AI-led tools. Whether you're exploring emerging tech to automate tasks like resizing and formatting, or testing tools to speed up the delivery of creative insights, you'll test the waters and share successful workflows with the wider team.
Feed the creative loop: Working closely in the creative supply chain with the Client Strategy team, translating clear briefs into effective executions. Constantly fuel the test and learn framework and continuously (but efficiently) report these learnings in order to create bold strategies which deliver against our clients business goals.
Executing Technical Best Practices: While our Head of Channel sets the absolute standards for what works algorithmically, you are the one ensuring we hit the mark every time. You'll ensure every single asset that goes live is perfectly optimised for safe zones, aspect ratios, and file sizes across Meta, TikTok, and other channels. If a client's own asset doesn't quite meet these technical principles, you'll be the one to flag it to the Client Strategy team so they can guide the client.

Operational Accountability: Ensure you accurately record your time in Scoro to track efficiency gains, and ensure all builds align with the time allocated in the brief to protect agency margins.
